Store Assistant
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused store assistant to join our team in Banff. Tasks include greeting customers, providing product information, processing sales transactions, and maintaining a clean and visually appealing sales floor.
Key Responsibilities
- Help customers find specific products, understand product features, and answer questions related to those products
- Handle payments for purchases, ensure customers are happy with their shopping experience, and provide clear receipts
- Provide friendly and helpful service to all customers, including tourists, to ensure a positive shopping experience. Recommend local activities and restaurants.
- Ensure the retail space is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing to attract customers.
Job Requirements
- Strong customer service skills
- Able to take initiative on restocking, merchandising, and regular cleaning duties.
- Previous retail sales experience is an asset
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
- Strong oral communication skills
Job Specifications
- Full Time or Part Time position
- 8 hour shifts
- $20 per hour

Clothing Technician
Are you looking for an extra job around your full time job?
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Clothing Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring garments are professionally folded, pressed and presentation-ready for the shop floor.
Key Responsibilities
- Iron, steam and press garments to ensure a neat, wrinkle-free appearance.
- Fold clothing to a high standard
- Tag and label garments
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace
- Assist with stockroom organisation
Job Requirements
- Must have prior experience in ironing clothes
- Attention to detail to ensure clothes are prepared to a high standard
- Ability to work under minimal supervision
- Reliable and punctual
Job Information
- Part-time position
- Shifts range from 3 to 8 hours
- Ideal for someone seeing extra hours alongside another job
- $18 an hour
