Fabric Care & Shrinkage

100% cotton flannel can shrink. To minimize shrinkage and help maintain the fabric's colour and quality, follow these care instructions:

Washing

• Wash in cold water with similar colours.
• Avoid chlorine bleach and detergents containing chlorine bleach, as they can damage the fabric's colour and fibres.

Drying

• Hang to dry for minimal shrinkage.
• Alternatively, use the dryer's air-only setting.
• You can also hang the garment to dry, then briefly tumble it in the dryer to fluff the fabric before wearing.

Important : Shrinkage

Hot washing and hot drying can cause the garment to shrink. The original product information indicates approximately ¾–1 inch of shrinkage in length and ½ inch in width.
